On September 29, the ICM convened its first Ministerial Board meeting on the sidelines of the High Level week of the United Nations General Assembly. The meeting provided an opportunity for the Ministerial Board to provide strategic guidance on the ICM’s modus operandi, research outputs and future activities. The meeting also brought together a number of the ICM’s Co-Chairs, including José Ramos-Horta (former President of Timor Leste) and Patricia Espinosa (current Mexican Ambassador to Brazil and former Foreign Minister of Mexico), to co-facilitate the meeting alongside ICM Chair, Kevin Rudd.
